Any student between grades 6-12 that are referred through their zoned school is eligible to apply at Gause Academy.

How to Apply
Transfer from PCPS Zoned School:
In order to transfer from your zoned middle or high school, you must have your school guidance counselor fill out the enrollment application multiplepathways.polk-fl.net.
Transfer from Out-of-County School:
In order to transfer from your out-of-county middle or high school, you must have your school guidance counselor contact Gause Academy.
